NEW INSURANCE?

Please call and inform us of any policy changes ASAP. Many insurance policies change at the end of the calendar year, please be aware of your health insurance coverage. REQUEST FOR OXYGEN/02 TANK DELIVERY

Sleep Solutions Home Medical will place you on a monthly schedule. You will know when your next delivery will be to avoid having to call us to order oxygen refills. If you have questions please contact our warehouse department.

CPAP OR BI-LEVEL REPLACEMENT

Most insurances will replace your machine at a specified length of time, usually between 3 or 5 years.

BILLABLE ACCESSORIES

Below is a typical replacement schedule this is covered by insurance. Insurance policies are subject to individual coverage and can change. The below details are based on Medicare allowables as of 2021. Please contact our office for any questions regarding your coverage.

  • Nasal Pillows/Cushion - every month
  • Disposable Filters - every month
  • Mask - every 3 months
  • Tubing - every 3 months
  • Headgear - every 6 months
  • Chin Strap - every 6 months
  • Non-Disposable Filter - every 6 months
  • Water Chamber - every 6 months
AUTO-REPLENISHMENT PROGRAM

PAP supplies need to be replaced on a regular basis. Sleep Solutions Home Medical offers 3 ways for us to contact you in regards to getting new supplies. If you would like more information on this please contact our Supply Replenishment Department.

  • Automated system – an automated call that will prompt you to choose which supplies you would like to receive when eligible.
  • Email – you will receive an email when you are eligible for supplies.
  • Live call – a member of our Supply Team will call you when you are eligible for supplies.

BELOW IS A BASIC OUTLINE OF OUR PROCESS.
  1. We receive the prescription for a new equipment setup.
  2. Confirmation is sent to the doctor’s office that signed the prescription.
  3. We confirm with the customer that we will be delivering the equipment to. At this time we may ask for more information and/or give you an estimate of when we will be able to deliver the equipment.
  4. If additional documentation is required, we will contact the correct physician’s office to get it for you. Any assistance you may like to give in this process is greatly appreciated!
  5. Equipment may be picked up from our office or delivered to your home or office.
